Project Management System: PROMAN

Proman is seen as one of MicroZone's biggest success stories. MicroZone commenced with this programme in 2002. It was first used by the Free State Provincial Goverment and later by the Northern Cape and Limpopo Provincial Goverments and is still used today.

Proman is a web based management tool that manages DP1, DP2 and DP3 of the IDMS system. Proman adheres to the IDMS gates through milestones. The system transforms basic programme and project management data into management information.

Proman offers a sophisticated solution for the systematic collation of data required to improve the client's ability to generate management information relating to: portfolio management, immovable asset register, infrastructure role players, programme management, contract management, day-to-day maintenance and spatial information (GIS)
